STORY: In a manor house on the outskirts of Victorian era London, butler Sebastian Michaelis serves Ciel Phantomhive, the twelve-year-old head of an English noble family as well as a toy and candy empire. Sebastian carries out any task required by his master and solves the problems plaguing England with ease and perfections because of his demonic lineage and Faustian contract with his master.

Hiro Hiyorimi moves to the city to live with his sister. On his way, he saves a young woman dressed in gothic clothes from an accident but is killed in the process. Hiro later wakes up at a morgue, having been apparently resurrected by the woman he saved. She refers to herself as Hime, the daughter of the king of all monsters, and in exchange for granting him life again, Hiro is bound to serve her for all eternity.

Allen Walker is part of an organization of Exorcists called the Black Order, which also employs scientists and administrators along with the Exorcists. The Black Order has direct ties with the Vatican. Its purpose is to defeat the Millennium Earl and his Akuma.

Anime Synopsis:
Hellsing Ultimate is a remake of the original Hellsing TV anime series. Many of the original Japanese voice actors are brought back from the first anime. The Hellsing OVA is a more genuine adaptation of the Hellsing manga, but there are still some minor differences. One significant difference between the anime and the OVA is that Hellsing Ultimate brings back the (dark) humor which is present in the manga, but was completely left out of the TV series.
