A young girl, Ellis, pursed on the charge of murdering the physicist Dr. Heinz Schneider, is put up for bounty by an organization called Project Leviathan because of the paranormal abilities she posseses. A bounty hunter, Nadie succeeds in locating Ellis, but ends up protecting Ellis from other bounty hunters as she travels south to find “Winay Marka”, the Land of Destiny.
