Hino Kahoko is a female student at a special music academy where many talented young musicians study. Hino is one of the normal students, but one day when she was running late she meets a tiny fairy named Lili. Only a few at the academy can see Lili, and those who do are said to have special musical talents. Lili encourages Hino to play the violin in the annual music contest, but the problem is that Hino has never played an instument before.
