Shining Tears X Wind anime synopsis / summary: Mysterious disappearance have bee happening in the town of Tatsumi. A group of students from St. Luminous College begin to investigate the supernatural happenings. One of the girls, Reia Hiruda, researches a booked entitled ‘End Earth’ which describes an alternate world, but she also mysteriously vanishes. The two students Souma Akizuki and Touka Kureha think the book may have something to do with what has been happening in the town. But they are interrupted when Mao, a catgirl, and a wolfman appear at the school and begin fighting. After they defeat the wolfman, Mao tells them she is looking for Zero, a companion which entered their world. But suddenly the wolfman breaks free and shatters Mao’s mirror which allows her to travel between their worlds. The accident transport Souma and Kureha to the alternate world where they are immediately attacked by monsters.
