| Anime Summary / Synopsis: A young high school student named Takuma Hirose is sent to the countryside by his father in order to try to heal his blindness. The cause of his blindness is unknown but Takuma slowly gets better while he interacts with new friends at his new school. A cheerful girl named Otoha who appears only to Takuma heals his vision and calls him the “Promised One.“ There’s also something hidden about this quiet town in the countryside. Takuma is especially disturbed by how one of the girls in his class, Takuma Hirose, is constantly bullied by fellow classmates yet no one, not even the teacher does anything about it. H2O is slightly more interesting than your standard harem anime because of the secrets and dark undertones which make you want to watch more. It’s also not in every anime that you see a girl getting punched in the face and kicked into the mud by two guys in the first episode. By the way, H2O is supposed to stand for the first initials of the three main heroines: Hayami, Hinata and Otoha. Anime screenshots:
