Black Lagoon Second Barrage anime synopsis / summary Black Lagoon Second Barrage is the second season. Prominent new characters featured include the homocidal Hansel and Gretal twins. More screen time and background is also given for Balalaika, the female leader of the military style crime synidicate known as Hotel Moscow. Second Barrage concludes with a multi-part story about Rock's return to his mother country of Japan. He becomes involved in a violent power struggle between local Japanese yakuza and Balalaika's well trained soldiers. Rock must decide where his loyalties truly lie.
